PURE ADRENALINE (45 mins)
Push yourself harder than you ever expected. This class is 45 minutes of intense riding. Burn calories and blast away fat by elevating your heart rate (75-85% MHR). Endurance rides are challenging and are a great compliment to your indoor training program or fitness regimen.
PURE CORE (60 mins)
Riders will cycle for 40 minutes on the bike and then engage their abs for 20 minutes of mat work. Mats are provided or you may bring your own.
PURE EXPRESS (45 mins)
Don’t have much time? Drop in for 45 minutes. Get in, get out, get going!
PURE STRENGTH (60 mins)
Looking for a full body workout? Try Pure Strength…a combination of cycling, weights, and core work. Sculpt and tone every muscle in your body.
PURE SWEAT (60 mins)
Want to burn some crazy calories in 60 minutes? This class will get your heart pumping with high intensity interval training (HIIT) and then bring you back down for recovery. This class combines climbs, flats, jumping and speed work.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA (75 mins)
This style of yoga incorporates breath synchronized movement, along with other ancient techniques such as bandhas, breath, and dristi or focal points. This practice builds internal heat leading to purification of the koshas or layers of the body.
NEW RIDERS SHOULD ARRIVE 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF THE CLASS
