What is indoor cycling?

Indoor cycling is a group fitness class led by a certified instructor. Participants ride on stationary bikes to music that will compliment and transform your riding experience. While an average of 600-1000 calories are burned per class (depending on your weight), you also get the bonus of toning your gluts, hamstrings, quads and core! Whoa. 

Do I need bike shoes or need to wear anything special?

You do not need bike shoes. You can wear a gym shoe or any other hard soled athletic shoe. Bike shoes with SPD clips are recommended, but not necessary. You sweat a lot so comfortable workout clothes and/or cycling shorts are recommended.

What type of bikes do you use?

PURE uses the Keiser M3 bikes. It’s a state of the art stationary bike controlled by a magnetic system. This helps to create an incredibly smooth ride. 

How do I register and pay for a class?

PURE has partnered with Volo to offer you a way to register and pay for classes online. We encourage you to create an account and register online, but walk-ins are also welcome. PURE does not take class reservations by phone. You can pay with your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover online or in the studio. Cash and checks are also accepted in the studio at time of purchase. All debit cards will be run as credit.

Do you have parking?

Yes! We have parking in the lot behind the building. There is also street parking available on the side and in the front. Please enter through the back door though. 

Does PURE have changing rooms?

Yes! There is an individual changing room in the studio space. 

Does PURE have locker rooms or showers?

Sorry, not at this time. However, PURE does have cubby storage for your bags and shoes. PURE is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

What is the cancellation policy?

You must cancel your class at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class or you will be charged for a no-show. 

How do I cancel a class reservation
or how do I know a class has been canceled?

You must log-in to your PURE account to cancel your class reservation. PURE does not accept cancellations by phone.
PURE will very rarely cancel classes or close the studio, but if we do, we will do our best to give as much notice as possible. Please check www.pureindoorcycling.com for updates on cancellations. 

Do you have classes for children?

Persons under 14 are not allowed to take indoor cycling classes. 

Can my kids hang out in the studio while I take a class?

No. PURE does not provide child care.
